Get up and running in minutes — whether you're booking a service or listing your business.
One account for everything — booking services and managing your business.
Visit YourWay and click 'Get Started'. You'll land on the login page, which works for both new and existing users.
Type your email address and tap Continue, or tap 'Continue with Google' to sign up instantly with your Google account. If you already have an account, you'll be taken to the login screen.
Enter your full name, a Nigerian phone number (+234), and a password. If you have a referral code, you can enter it here too. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, a number, and a special character.
A 6-digit OTP (one-time password) is sent to your phone. Enter it on the verification screen. You have 60 seconds before the OTP expires — tap 'Resend' if needed.
Once verified, your account is created and you're taken to the home page. From here you can start browsing and booking services, or add your business.
Find and book services from local providers across Nigeria.
Open the Discover page to browse all available businesses. You can filter by city (Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Nasarawa, or Ogun) or browse by category — Barbershop, Makeup, Hair & Styling, Nails, Massage & Wellness, Facials & Skincare, Fitness, Photography, Eyebrows & Lashes, or Tattoo & Piercing.
Use the search bar to look for a specific business or service by name. Each business card shows the category, location, star rating, and starting price. Tap a card to view the full business profile.
On the business profile, browse available services with their prices and durations. Select the one you want to book.
A calendar shows the next 14 available days. Select a date, then choose an open time slot from the grid. Only slots within the business's working hours that are not already taken will appear.
Check the appointment summary — service, date, time, duration, location, and total. Add any special notes (optional). Select your payment method: 'Pay at venue' (cash on arrival) or 'Pay online' via Paystack or your Way Credits wallet.
Once confirmed, your booking appears in the Bookings section of your dashboard. You'll be able to track its status from Pending through to Confirmed and Completed.
Way Credits tip: You earn 1% cashback on every completed booking — credited automatically to your wallet.
You don't need a separate account. Adding a business is done from within your existing YourWay account.
Use the same account you'd use to book services. If you don't have one yet, create an account first — see 'How to Sign Up' above.
From your profile or dashboard, find the option to add your business. This takes you to the business onboarding form.
Type your business name (minimum 5 characters). This is what customers will see when they search for you on YourWay.
Enter the phone number for your business and tap 'Send OTP'. A 6-digit code is sent to that number. Enter the code to verify it.
Write a short description of what makes your business special. Select from the available service categories to help customers find you. You can update both of these later.
Tap 'Create Business'. Your business profile is now live and you'll be taken to your business dashboard to continue the setup. You can also tap 'Skip for now' and come back later.
Your business dashboard gives you everything you need to run your business on YourWay.
Your dashboard shows a setup progress card with 5 steps: add your location, upload a cover photo, add gallery photos (up to 8), select categories, and add your first service. Completing these steps helps customers discover your business.
In the Services section, tap 'Add Service'. Enter the service name (minimum 5 characters), category, price in ₦, and duration in minutes. Add an optional description. You can edit or remove services at any time.
Go to Settings → Hours and set your open and close times for each day of the week. Mark days you don't work as closed. These hours determine which time slots customers can book.
In Account Setup, select your payment method: 'Cash at venue' means customers pay on arrival. 'Online Payment' means customers pay through Paystack at the time of booking, and funds are held in your YourWay wallet.
The Bookings section shows all upcoming, completed, and cancelled appointments. Open a booking to see full details — customer info, service, date, time, and payment. You can confirm a pending booking, mark it as completed, or cancel it.
In the Team section, add staff members with their name, phone, email, and role (e.g. 'Senior Stylist'). Team members can be assigned to specific services so customers know who they're booking with.
Go to the KYC section and submit one of the following documents: BVN (11-digit Bank Verification Number), NIN (11-digit National Identification Number), or CAC registration number (format: RC123456). Verification takes 1–3 business days and unlocks a verified badge, higher payout limits, and No-Show Protection.
Your earnings from online bookings accumulate in your wallet. Go to Payouts and enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum ₦5,000). Track your payout status — pending, processing, completed, or failed — in your payout history.
The Analytics section shows your revenue, total bookings, completion rate, cancellation rate, new vs. returning customers, and a breakdown of revenue by service. Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views.
Your trust metrics update automatically as you take bookings — here's what they mean and how to improve them.
Every business on YourWay earns four automatic scores based on real booking data: Acceptance Rate (% of bookings you accept), Completion Rate (% of bookings that are successfully completed), On-Time Rate (% of completed services delivered within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time), and Cancellation Rate (% of bookings you cancel).
Your Reliability Score (0–100) is a weighted composite of all four metrics: Completion Rate (40%), Acceptance Rate (25%), No-Cancellation Rate (20%), and Customer Rating normalised to 100 (15%). The higher your score, the higher you rank in search results and recommendations.
Scores update in real-time as each booking is completed, cancelled, or marked as a no-show.
Completing bookings has the biggest impact (40%). Cancelling bookings — especially close to the appointment time — is the fastest way to lower your score. Responding promptly and accepting bookings also boosts your Acceptance Rate. All of these are fully in your control.
Start by verifying your email and phone number from your business settings. To achieve the highest Fully Verified status (green shield badge), submit your identity documents for KYC review. Once approved by the YourWay team, your profile will show the green badge — which signals the highest trust level to customers.
Fully Verified businesses rank higher in recommendations and are more likely to be booked by new customers.
Customers can view your full trust profile by clicking the 'Trust' tab on your business page. They'll see your Reliability Score, verification status (email, phone, KYC), and all four performance metric bars. The score is also visible as a small badge on your business card in search and discovery.
